Prices for each room are as follows:

  • Port City Room - [4 hours] - *$1750/evenings, weekends; $900/weekdays
  • Riverside Room - [4 hours] - *$750/evenings, weekends; $400/weekdays
  • Lunchroom - [4 hours] - $450/evenings, weekends; $300/weekdays
  • Deck 1 - *$1200/evenings, weekends
  • Riverfront Promenade - $1500/evenings, weekends
  • Conference Room - [3 hours] - $200/weekdays
  • Classroom - [4 hours] - $300/weekdays
  • GulfQuest Theater - [2 hours] - $300
  • Galley - [3 hours] - $550/evening; $400/daytime

*Additional hours can be reserved for a per hour fee

All indoor spaces include tables and chairs. Some equipment is available with separate pricing. The lobby areas on the third floor are available with rental of either room for setting up food and drink tables with a $100 per event cleaning charge.

  • Staff Host - $25/hour/person
  • Security - $25/hour/person
  • Cleaning - $25/hour/person
  • Club Cart Driver - $35/hour/cart
  • Parking Attendant - $35/hour/person

GulfQuest will determine staffing needs.
